My name is Tres Adames. I provide online personal training and lifestyle coaching for those looking to improve their level of fitness and wellbeing. I have over 10 years of experience directly helping thousands of clients with behavior change and lifestyle transformation. I provide online training and coaching for those new to fitness (or those wanting to start again). I can create a customized plan based on your goals and give you the insight and tools needed to achieve results.

I am not a person who has always been in shape. I know what it's like to struggle with my own weight. In my early twenties, I lost 60 pounds through a controlled carbohydrate diet and long-distance running and was able to keep it off for several more years. In my mid-30's, my weight began to come back. I was later diagnosed with hypothyroidism. At the time, I was struggling with lethargy and depression until my doctor decided to do some blood work. With the help of the appropriate medication, as well as a diet and exercise plan, I was able to lose 60 pounds again over the course of a year and my depression also lifted.
Now at 40-years-old, I am at the healthiest I have ever been (and often get confused for being in my late 20's). But telling you this is not about me — I want to share this knowledge and inspiration with others. This is why I pursue my passion to help others become a better version of who they are. |

I have clients come to me who have different objectives. Most are unaware that different goals require certain strategies. Rather than going through your own trial-and-error process of trying different diets and workout programs, I know what it takes to achieve your goals in a way that is realistic but beyond what you could do alone.

I Can Help You Get Leaner and StrongerGetting fit is so much more than simply losing weight. I can help you focus on losing fat but also on getting stronger and building muscle. Many people who are new to fitness make the mistake of going on extreme diets, which may drop the pounds, but also causes them to lose muscle and strength, giving them a "skinny-fat" appearance. Others push themselves too hard in the gym and end up gaining even more weight because they don't know what foods to eat that will help fuel their bodies. I can teach you a systematic approach that helps you shed the fat, build strength, and give you the toned body you are looking for.

I Encourage Real Food for Real ResultsI don't push starvation diets or require you to only subsist on diet bars and shakes. I want to teach you how food works in your body and can help you build the physique you want. Any new eating plan requires an adjustment, but you won't have to go hungry on any of my programs. I recommend delicious whole foods that won't make you feel deprived, but will fill you up, make you feel better, and boost your energy.

I Provide Coaching That is HolisticI provide coaching that goes beyond simply focusing on physical fitness. My many years as a professional pastoral counselor deeply inform my holistic approach, something that few personal trainers can provide. My approach takes into consideration the whole person: body, mind, and soul (PRISM is an acronym that stands for Physical, Relational, Intellectual, Spiritual, and Mental wellness). I can integrate life coaching into my approach that focuses on helping you feel better on the inside as well as the outside.

My goal is to teach you the "how" and "why" behind my approach, explaining the nuts-and-bolts of why certain strategies work where others fail.
